It’s hard to know what you can spend when some of your balance is already spoken for. I’m building Clova, an Australian budgeting app, to make that clearer.
Why I’m building Clova
I wanted budgeting to be something you could look at and understand. Your pay, split into a few clear allocations, with the numbers in front of you. The idea is to see what’s set aside for bills and savings, and what’s left for everyday spending.
Starting with Australia
I’m building Clova for people in Australia first, with room to support other countries later. For now, the app is still in development. It hasn’t been released, and there’s no launch date or pricing yet.
While I’m building it
You can read the free guides and try the calculators now, without an account. They explain the assumptions behind the numbers and where they fall short. They’re general education, not personal financial advice. You can also join the waitlist. If you’d like to help shape Clova, there’s an optional money-habits questionnaire about how you budget and what gets in the way.
What isn’t ready yet
The app features you see on this site are still being built. The examples use made-up numbers to show the idea. You can’t use this website for banking or payments, to invest or borrow money, or to get personalised financial advice.
